After starting out life transporting grapes around the vineyards of France, Claude our iconic Citroen HY van, has been lovingly restored and converted into an ever so cool, vintage pop up bar – The Fabulous Fizz Bar.


Whether you’re planning a party, milestone celebration, wedding, festival or any other event, The Fabulous Fizz Bar will provide the wow factor and a real stand out focal point for you and your guests. 


We specialise of course in serving fabulous drinks, from creative cocktails , to the classic fizz drinks of champagne and Prosecco, an inspired range of gins and mixers, alongside a great selection of quality craft beers, wine, ciders, spirits and vintage soft drinks. 


And if you've got a particular style or theme planned for your event, we can even create a bespoke drinks menu just for you.

Available to hire for any event that needs a bit of fizz or a fabulous cocktail!


The Fabulous Fizz Bar is available to hire for weddings, private parties, corporate events, festivals, or any other celebration that needs a seriously fun and fabulous bar! And when you book The Fabulous Fizz Bar your package will include travel costs, setup and fully trained staff on hand to serve you and your guests.

We love to travel and are happy to provide the fun and the fizz wherever your event is in the UK. We are based in Staffordshire and while we are happy to travel throughout the UK, an additional mileage cost would need to be charged for anywhere further than 40 miles away from our base. 


Once you've booked the Fabulous Fizz Bar for your event there are a number of options available for the payment of the drinks that we serve.



You and your guests simply pay for your drinks as you have them. 



You can choose to put a certain amount of money behind the bar to the value you want, once this amount has been spent the bar reverts back to being Pay As You Go. Alternatively you may want each of your guests to have one or two paid for drinks, which we can organise for you through a ticketing system.



This is where you opt to pay for all of the drinks that you and your guests have throughout the event. This option will require a deposit to be paid in advance, the level of which will depend upon the amount of guests and the drinks you choose to serve at your event. A refund would then be made to you afterwards, dependent on the value of drinks consumed at the event.



For weddings you may want to add a drinks package to one of the other bar options above. Get in touch with details of your wedding and the number of guests and we’ll send you our drinks menu which includes classic flutes, to fizz and seasonal cocktails.


Drinks Package 1  

It is customary to serve your guests with a glass of bubbly when they arrive. Choose from a flute of champagne or Prosecco, or perhaps one of our fizz cocktails or a glass of Pimm’s for Summer weddings.


Drinks Package 2 

As well as providing your guests with a drink when they arrive add a second drink of either champagne or Prosecco for your guests to toast you during the speeches. 


Drinks Package 3 

After your guests have enjoyed a drink on arrival and with their speeches, for the wedding breakfast we will provide half a bottle per guest of one of our red or white wines, along with table water.

The important bits you need to know


  • We are registered and fully insured to operate as a mobile bar. We hold both public liability and product liability insurance to the value of £10,000,000.

  • We can apply for the relevant permit for your event where needed (a Temporary Events Notice).

  • The bar holds a 5 star food hygiene rating.

  • We operate a challenge 25 policy at all events that we attend.
